Main features

Mainly made of hydroxyl polyester resin and curing agent. It is a kind of high transparent powder coating with excellent leveling.  

Application

 Aluminium wheel, outdoor topcoat, indoor metal parts and garden equipment, also can be applied as clear top coatings on metal parts, such as metal furniture, hardware, bicycle, handle, arts and crafts. It can be used as top coat of metallic powder coatings. 

Special requirmentExtremely clean coating environment when performing.

Curing temperature

  Standard type: 190°c/15 minutes.

  Other type:160°c/20 minutes, 200°c/10 minutes if customer require .

  

Storage and shipment

  For best performance, use within 6 months when stored below 25°C;

  Stored in ventilated, dry and clean place;

  Keep it away from fire, heat and direct sunlight;

  

Health and safety

  There are no hazardous ingredients contained. Wearing anti-dust mask and goggles to avoid inhalation of dust. Try best to avoid longtime contact with powder. The coating adhesive to the skin can be washed with soap.
